Welcome to Bristle & Bride. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking our services, or opting in to text message communications, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services
Bristle & Bride provides professional wedding hair and makeup services in Atlanta, Charleston, Dallas, and additional markets as we expand. Service availability, pricing, artist assignments, and travel fees are confirmed at the time of booking based on your wedding date, location, and party size.
2. Inquiries and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry through our website, lead generation forms, or direct contact does not guarantee availability. A wedding date is only secured once a signed contract and required deposit have been received. Trial appointments are scheduled and billed separately from the wedding day. Trials are recommended but not required.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Invoices
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. The deposit is applied toward your final wedding total. Final balances are due according to the schedule outlined in your individual service contract. Invoices are sent via email and through your bridal portal. Accepted payment methods include credit card and ACH bank transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and rescheduling policies are governed by your signed service contract.
4. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Bristle & Bride related to your booking. This includes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Trial and wedding schedule updates
- Payment and invoice notifications
- Event-day coordination between you and your assigned artist
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message. To get help, reply HELP. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing our services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual service contract. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a rescheduled date, deposits may be transferred at our discretion subject to availability.If Bristle & Bride is unable to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work in good faith to provide a replacement artist or alternative arrangement.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best experience on your wedding day, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details (date, time, venue, party size)
- Confirming party member contact information when requested
- Arriving on time for trial appointments
- Communicating any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements in advance
- Reviewing and signing your service contract before the booking is confirmed
7. Photography and Marketing
By engaging Bristle & Bride, you grant us permission to use photographs of completed hair and makeup looks for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Identifying details will not be shared without your consent. If you prefer your images not be used, please notify us in writing at raina@bristleandbride.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bristle & Bride is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for allergic reactions when clients have not disclosed known sensitivities in advance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on bristleandbride.com — including images, text, branding, and design — is the property of Bristle & Bride and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date noted above. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
