3. Google Calendar Integration & Limited Use

Bristle & Bride offers an optional integration with Google Calendar so that team members and artists can automatically sync wedding bookings, trials, and event schedules to their calendars. This integration is available only to authorized Bristle & Bride staff and artists, and only after they explicitly connect their Google account and grant permission.

When you connect your Google account, we request access to your Google Calendar in order to create, view, and update calendar events that correspond to your Bristle & Bride bookings and assignments. We access only the calendar data necessary to provide this scheduling functionality.

In accordance with these requirements:

- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the calendar scheduling features described above.

- We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.

- We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You may revoke Bristle & Bride's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by contacting us at raina@bristleandbride.com. Upon revocation or at your request, we will stop accessing your Google Calendar and delete any stored Google authorization tokens.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Bristle & Bride, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your booking. This includes appointment confirmations, trial and wedding reminders, scheduling updates, payment notifications, and event-day coordination between you and your assigned artist. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing our services.

5. No Selling or Sharing of Personal Information

Bristle & Bride does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purposes outlined in this policy. We may share information with:

- Artists assigned to your event (for service delivery)
